Upgrading profile of the breed - a new breeding cat...

       The decision to include in our breeding new "blood" in me has matured after two years of walking to cat shows where our reviewers consistently criticized Don still the same mistakes - open little eyes, flat feet, and especially a small chin. Therefore, I sat down in spring 2010 on the net and began is intensely to find the right type of tomcat. We have enough cats, males have also been two, but for me the "perfect" I have yet to find :).
       I searched for "west", but there I found such. So I turned on the "east", to home country of Don (former Soviet Union, Don sphynx because there are widespread anywhere). I will tell you, it was horrible. At first I was looking for advertising portals. You should see the amount of sale to Don. I spent hours and days of work reading all sorts of ads, but those cats are on the Don or similarities. In Russia soon understand the exclusivity of hairless cat breeds and breeding of these animals there completely overthrew.
       I understood that this tomcat can not find, so I began to search specifically catteries. A similar situation was ... many kennels which web site did not work, where the owners to mail or silent, where I could not find the parents of the animal ... a few times when I found a beautiful animal, so I found that site for years is not updated ... no, it was a horror. This had two advantages, however - I have improved in the Russian language and I found what I was looking for!
       The result came - 09/28/2010 I was about 05.00 pm. at the airport in Moscow, met with Marina Šekoldina breeder who gave me my Ivana Ramzer Don, RU. It has cream-colored, has a beautiful open eyes, pronounced stop, cute becoming somewhat scaly head, and no particular - has a great chin :)!!! Of course, this cat has mistakes, such as smaller ears and shorter legs ... but our cats have legs again as a ballet dancer, so I believe that Ms. Genetics help and assessors will be finally pleased.
